For the past 20 years Johnny has managed restaurants, trained bar staff, developed menus, and hosted events in LA, Honolulu, Las Vegas, and now Cape Cod. Our focus is to work with local business owners to help them train staff properly, streamline their bar operation and increase the profitability of their business.
